Each week, the mentee will engage in a 1-hour coaching call with the mentor. These sessions are tailored specifically to the agent's needs and desires for improvement. The mentor will help the agent gain clarity on their goals and provide strategic insights to enhance specific aspects of their real estate practice.
Participants will also be part of weekly group coaching sessions led by Lakendra. These sessions serve as an additional resource for learning and are accessible via Zoom or Facebook Live, offering flexibility and real-time interaction.

The course is about how to be a successful Real Estate agent. An education in real estate prepares students with the skills and knowledge to help clients buy and sell property.
